Accreditation

Accreditation makes setting up a customized validation workflow easy. Accredited users can automatically book defined vehicles - even without having to become member of a carsharing group.

Exemplary workflow

1. User signs up: https://carsharing.zemtu.com/signup/

2. User requests accreditation and receives information about validation points via email.

3. User visits validation point. The accreditor checks all requirements (e.g. driver’s license, deposit paid, etc.). If the user meets all requirements the accreditor:

   • Assigns a chipcard to the user

   • Changes the status of the accreditation entry

4. User can start making bookings for defined vehicles.

This concept allows customization of the accreditation process for defined user groups.

Use case: Company

Company A wants to use your carsharing service. To ease the registration process it carries out the accreditation process on behalf of the carsharing operator. Via hyperlink from the company’s Intranet employees register and request accreditation. The company’s personnel office validates the user.
