Tariff exception

The default reservation rate for vehicles is defined in the billing clusters. Only vehicles set up in billing clusters are considered when generating an invoice run.

Tariff exceptions allow to override the default reservation rate of a vehicle. For each tariff exception the following properties have to be set:

• Vehicle

• Reservation rate

• List of users

Use cases:

• The owner of her vehicle shall not be billed for the usage of her vehicle.

• Some members of the carsharing group are granted special reservation rates.

• One vehicle out of a billing cluster is a vehicle with a different reservation rate.
