Connect Convadis CBox

This guide is intended for users with the following roles:

  • OrgAdmin

  • GroupAdmin

Steps

  1. Look up the vehicle ID in the Admin Interface or create a new vehicle object

  2. Create a new vehicle with the looked up ID via the Convadis CCOM Webinterface

  3. Send an email to ZEMTU support asking for connecting the vehicle to CCOM

It’s important to follow these steps so that the vehicles share the same ID. If you need support for step 2 contact Convadis Support.
