• Is there a reservation available? Ask for the username and vehicle of the affected reservation Display reservations for the vehicle by filtering by vehicle https://carsharing.zemtu.com.com/admin/main/reservation/

• What’s the jobstatus of the reservation? https://carsharing.zemtu.com/admin/convadis/convadistripreservation/ Search by reservation ID to see reservation

Jobstatus	Description
valid	CCOM has accepted reservation
sent	Reservation was sent to on-board unit
received	Reservation was received by on-board unit
error	There was an error

• Has the reservation been accessed by the user?

Reservation status	Description
opened	Reservation has not been accessed
protected	Reservation has been accessed
closed	Reservation has been completed
deleted	Reservation has been deleted
