First steps
This guide explains how the first vehicle is set up and membership requests are aktivated so that the vehicle can be booked.
Carsharing group
Each vehicle must be associated with a carsharing group. Depending on your operation scheme you might need only one carsharing group.
Vehicle
Create a vehicle and link it to the previously created carsharing group. Note: If your vehicle is equipped with an on-board computer, please inform ZEMTU support to establish the link.
Membership
Registered users can apply for a carsharing group membership. You as a user with OrgAdmin role can accept / decline the membership request. Users with an active membership are eligible to book the carsharing group’s vehicles.

Create a carsharing group here:
Create a vehicle here: https://carsharing.zemtu.com/admin/main/vehicle/add/
Then your users can request membership to your carsharing group here: https://carsharing.zemtu.com/app/#/groups/
Approve memberships here: https://carsharing.zemtu.com/admin/main/membership/
Then the user can make reservations here: https://carsharing.zemtu.com/reservation/
Hint: You could tell your users to register with such a link: https://carsharing.zemtu.com/groupinvitation/YOUR_CARSHARING_GROUP_ID/
They will be immediately invited to your group without having to request a membership manually.
