This guide explains how the first vehicle is set up and membership requests are aktivated so that the vehicle can be booked.

Carsharing group

Each vehicle must be associated with a . Depending on your operation scheme you might need only one carsharing group.

Vehicle

Create a and link it to the previously created carsharing group. Note: If your vehicle is equipped with an on-board computer, please inform ZEMTU support to establish the link.

Membership

Registered users can apply for a carsharing group membership. You as a user with OrgAdmin role can accept / decline the membership request. Users with an active membership are eligible to book the carsharing group’s vehicles.

Step by step

  1. Create a carsharing group here:

  2. Create a vehicle here:

  3. Then your users can request membership to your carsharing group here:

  4. Approve memberships here:

  5. Then the user can make reservations here:

They will be immediately invited to your group without having to request a membership manually.
