This guide explains how to set up coupons.

Coupon campaign

Set up coupon campaigns to let your users redeem coupons using coupon codes during a defined time period. For each campaign the coupon amount, the coupon’s lifetime and the number of redeemable coupons for the campaign is set. After a user has successfully redeemed a coupon, it will deducted from the user’s fees. Use case: You start a marketing campaign and give away 10 € coupons which can be redeemed by your users.

Coupon subscription

Set up coupon subscriptions to automatically create coupons for selected users once a month. Use case: The vehicle patrons (vehicle care taker), automatically receive 30 € coupons once a month for his services. The created coupons are only valid for the month it was created in.

Individual coupon

With coupon campaigns and coupon subscriptions, coupons are created automatically. But you can also create individual coupons for maximum flexibility. For coupons the following data can be set:

• Amount

• Valid from

• Valid until

Use case: give a selected user a refund for covered expenses.
